Quality has definitely gone down in the past few years. Business hours say 7 AM, but they don’t answer the phone until 8 AM. Call to make an appointment the person on the phone is huffing and puffing in my ear. Can’t make an online appointment because it shows no availability yet when you call there are appointments available. Maybe if they updated their systems and times we wouldn’t have to interrupt the desk workers. 🫠
Great doctors, terrible office operations. This place used to be a solid 5-star children clinic, which is very hard to find. When we started going 3 years ago their scheduling worked like a charm, and you did not have to wait for long periods after your appointment time to see your doctor at your scheduled time. Now, good luck getting someone to pick up the phone or getting a call back after leaving a message and be ready to wait for 1-2 hours after your appointment scheduled time to see the doctor. Jennifer one of the receptionist here did the most sweetest gesture today. She came out from behind the desk to consult me and give me tissues when she saw me crying because I could hear my son screaming and crying from getting blood drawn. That is the kindest thing anyone has ever done. All the receptionists here have always been very helpful and always kind but I just wanted to express my gratitude to Jennifer for doing that. Thank you!
Dr Javier is really nice person, she takes care of my baby since he was born, and I have had really good experiences with her.
