I was 10 minutes late for the appointment because I live 30 minutes away. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk told me that they cant take us and turn us away, I told her why we were late but she didn't care. I wish they could understand, because the fact that they told me to come in then have the audacity to turn us away is crazy work. Run while you can !!!!!
Place is absolutely ridiculous. These people don't have a clue what there doing. My sons sercumcision they did a week ago was a disaster. They let a 1 week old baby sit in the waiting room to bleed to death. After 2 hours earlier they sent him home when they never should have sent him home. Everyone here should be fired and sued. You people should be ashamed. Very unprofessional. I'm disgusted that we chose to have our baby here.
I was 13 minutes late for the appointment because I could not find a parking spot (big construction). I parked pretty far from the building. When we arrived, the front desk told me to reschedule because I was late. I needed to say to her why we were late. The front desk and the clinic manager did not care, and they told me I had to reschedule because it was their policy. The front desk told me to look at the poster on the window. No where to park. Over scheduled doctors. Front desk staff rude and not compassionate. Came up here twice. Doctor was nice when I was able to see her. But they do not treat people well here.
There’s certainly a lot of room for this clinic to grow in their internal processes. We have been waiting for over an hour for a pre- scheduled appointment. It would be insane to get a same day appointment. Edited to add: we canceled the appointment. The wait time was ridiculous. We are looking for a new provider.
