If you have a child with a disability or behavioral problems, you will be charged during a well visit if you bring up (or the doctor brings up) said disability or behavioral problem. . It doesn’t matter if you or even the doctor brings it up, you will get charged. I flat out out asked if we would get charged if bringing up autism or adhd, and was told you can talk about it but you would get charged… same as if you were to bring up an ear ache or stomach ache etc. It makes sense to get charged for bringing up an illness durin... read more
Staff is super friendly. I once scheduled an appointment for a Monday because I didn't see an opening for Friday. A little bit afterwards I got a call from them saying there was an appointment available for that Friday. They really care. All my kids see Dr.Halac she listens to concerns and follows up. She's really great with the kids and doesn't rush them when they're explaining what they're feeling. 10/10 recommend Dr.Halac and her team. Everyone there is amazing from reception, nurses, and Dr's.
I cannot say enough great things about Memorial Hermann, its staff and the incredible care they provided for my 9-month-old daughter. From the moment we walked in with my newborn, the staff had been warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. I’m only upset that I didn’t find you guys sooner! The receptionist all are so nice & welcoming compared to other pediatric places we’ve had to go to. Check in and check out was so smooth. Lisa did my daughter’s annual wellness checkup and I was so glad she did. You can tell she’s experienced with kids. She was very sweet & patient with my daughter. I’m very grateful to have found you guys!!
