Literally shocked at the “excitement to help my child find their voice” YEAH RIGHT. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through from this clinic. My child had an SLP evaluation nearly a year ago. I understood there was a waitlist, but throughout that time, I received zero follow-up. I had to call every few months just to check where he stood. Fast forward almost a year later—they finally offer him a slot, only to tell me they can’t accommodate the times I originally requested.
