My son cut is hand washing dishes so I took him to Children’s for some quick stitches only to be there for 3 hours and still not seen by a doctor. He’s crying in pain and they would not give him anything. So I took him to Receiving and was in and out within 40 minutes. I will never in my life go back to Children’s again in life, the staff was rude and very unprofessional.
My husband has been going here since he was a baby, today we get a call from a dept collection say we own on a bill from 2011, 5 yrs ago. They wouldn't tell us why, he visit once and they are trying charge us for 6 visits, I'm still trying to get a hold billing no one answers, we never got a bill, they said they sent to aold address but we told them our new address
