They are great, quick, caring and clean!!!
First thing is, I never expected the health care system in Georgia and South Carolina to be horrible. I am from Miami and I came up to South Carolina to visit family that just had a new born, unfortunately my 3 year old son, became ill and started throwing up for about 8 hours with small little breaks in between. My son was not able to hold down any type of liquids so I decided to take him to the children’s hospital. Our doctor for our daughter was lovely. That's the positive star. We apparently moved to this pediatrician at the same time that they switched over to a new user interface. We had an appointment on the day that they switched, we checked in and proceeded to wait for an hour. No one knew how to check anyone in, let alone apparently keep track of what they'd actually done with patients or prior records. It was a mess. You won't find anyone like Dr. Ward! I've never met such a sweet and compassionate doctor. My baby has been seeing her since he was born, and he's 11 now. They're all so sweet, especially the nurses and front desk! Dr Ward is better than any other Dr we've seen there!
