Not sure if it’s only me but EVERYTIME I go in for the doctor for my kids, even a nurses visit (!!!!) I’m there for 15- 30 minutes past my appointment. I even try to come early to see if that’s the problem. NOPE! It’s the same whether I come early or on time. Nurses visits should not take 15+ minutes past the appointment time to be called back. UNACCEPTABLE.
They called and canceled my child’s GI appointment last minute, saying that this location does not accept my child’s insurance? despite the fact I made multiple calls to verify Insurance and they had received the Insurance referral from the primary care provider. This is very frustrating and disappointing and a total waste of our time I planned my entire day around this appointment. Also spent 30 minutes pre-registering yesterday for this appointment filling out long forms online all for nothing.

I love this pediatric office and the providers. Everyone has been very informative of all our first time parent questions. They were also helpful when we were in the hospital and they made rounds. Very happy with our choice in Dr.Wallace and this pediatric office.
