The wait time is ridiculous. Dr. Was great. Not impressed with staff.
If I could give 0 I would the receptionist are so RUDE always!!!!!in person as well as over the phone. Do not recommend as they are unprofessional. They should have training in regard to customer service and how to treat the people going here that is where your wages are coming from, from the clients!!!!
I’ve been going to Children’s Eye Institute for 4 years and I’ve never had an issue I’m in n out within 1 hour in a half max 2, that includes eyes dilated. Staff is great Doctor’s are wonderful. They take time to explain and if you have questions they take their time, not rushing like typical Doctors!
We had a great experience here. Came in early, 20 minutes before our appointment, which was perfect because we had to fill out a hearty packet. Once you turn it in, your wait starts then; so just about at our appointment time we were taken back. The nurses were extremely nice, very silly and fun with my daughter. We were warned it was a 4 hour appointment when I scheduled it so we expected nothing less. First time patient. I had a great experience in my first Visit. Front desk is very friendly, back staff is very friendly as well. Dr’s are kind to children and are good listeners. I recommend this place.
