This visit was the best visit compared to prior visits. The attitude of the front desk receptionist was much better and the waiting time to see the doctor was 45 minitus compared to 2 1/2 in prior visits. Dr Seigle is great and staff members are owsom.
I have had several bad experiences with them and honestly they take so long for no reason , have you waiting for hours , the dr seems to get frustrated real fast and starts to get mad you can clearly tell by his face expressions just because my daughter doesn’t like anyone touching her she’s 2 mind you and is traumatized by all the other past appointments. The office experience is great but trying to get a hold of someone on the phone is almost impossible. Very frustrating. Hoping the office management will correct the problem.
