Just moved to El Paso from San Antonio. I am in the process of transferring my daughter’s insurance which takes a month. However, I spoke directly to the clinic they said they would work with me, my insurance will cover the visit by submitting a referral. Which they also confirmed with owner of the practice. Unorganized, unprofessional with a dirty waiting room. Billing department is incompetent, they billed my son under the wrong insurance 2 years ago and still dealing with issues from that. Back and forth constantly asking for updates so my son can by seen for his annual check up was told he could be seen. Today just to wasted our time driving to the clinic to be turned down AFTER they said he could be seen. Loved this office when we first got stationed here 3 years ago but in that short amount of time the office has definitely went down hill. The tv’s are never on for the kids in the waiting room, the busy boards on the walls are literally broken and falling apart, and on top of that don’t expect to be seen at your appointment time. We always wait at least an HOUR after our scheduled appointment time. They use certain billing codes just to make patients cover certain cost to them instead of your insurance.
