I wanted to give this place another chance after a previous bad experience, but unfortunately, nothing has changed. To start, we’ve been waiting for over an hour inside the office. The tiny exam rooms are not designed for families to sit in with young children for that long, making the wait even more frustrating. Every single staff member and doctor have treated our kiddos and us well during every single visit. Been going there for about 7 years.
We were in the room for about an hour and 45 minutes and when my kids were getting frustrated we open door and everyone just looked like we didnt know anyone was there very upsetting since they were not even full of patients but was fully staff i understand it was 2 of my children waiting to be seen but that long was not acceptable. I will be looking for a pediatrician
Appointment at 4:30 had to wait till past 6. Why make an appointment!!
