Usually pretty quick in and out. My son was exposed to flu Friday, started showing symptoms Saturday and was tested Monday for flu. He was sent home with a note to return to school the next day. Tuesday he was worse with fever. I called to make an appointment as I had already mentioned he was exposed, feeling worse, tested negative and was told we would need to come in for another test although my son was miserable. Im completely disappointed with the staff and not being truthfull when i asked if medications were sent in... I had to make MUTIPLE calls to the office to see if they sent the medication then called to the pharmacy to confirm if it was received .... once they finally sent the medication after calling over and over to pharmacy and pediatrician office the medication and pharmacy finally confirmed they received it and just to find out they sent in the treatment wrong.... it was only sent for 1 day worth instead of the 10 days. ... read more

Just moved to El Paso from San Antonio. I am in the process of transferring my daughter’s insurance which takes a month. However, I spoke directly to the clinic they said they would work with me, my insurance will cover the visit by submitting a referral. Which they also confirmed with owner of the practice. They scheduled me and here I am at the appointment, the front desk clerk states I need to pay out of pocket.
