Horrible experience trying to enroll. Corporate and the center communicate different rates. Someone tells you they’ll call you on a certain day at a certain time and a week goes by and you call to follow up and they forget you were ever there. No thanks. Maybe after some time things will improve.
The staff is friendly and welcoming. The assistant director is always cheerful and smiling. My niece loves going to daycare here.
first time parent and naive to the daycare system (until now) take heed to this review! Don't just go off of the google reviews (easily faked, misrepresented) like I did. I'm writing this to help parents while holding the center and corporation accountable. When looking for childcare please do your research to make sure the daycare you are leaving your child with is quality rated, use the Georgia DECAL website, qualityrated.org, etc. This center is not and is in support status actually. We’ve had a great experience at COA. The teachers and staff take great care of my daughter and they along with Ms. Yolanda have created a very welcoming environment. Having camera access is a great bonus but I know my daughter is well taken care of.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their practices and care alot about the children in their care! The place was always clean when we visited and open with plenty of light. The playground is pretty clean and safe. We trust our child here and expect great things. Thank you to Yolanda and Beth for the tour! I love your positivity and professionalism.
