We have recently enrolled our 3 year old child at Children of America in Snellville and are so happy with our choice. We previously had our child enrolled at another school and we're not happy at all with the quality of education or care that we were receiving. The staff here is so kind and caring. They are great at communicating. Every teacher knows every child even if they are not in their classroom. It is a very warm, inviting, and clean environment. We’ve had a wonderful experience at Children of America, and both of our daughters truly enjoy going there. The teachers and staff are caring, patient, and create a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe and happy. One thing we especially appreciate is how many fun activities they offer during the summer. There’s always something engaging for the kids to do, which keeps them excited about school and learning. I’m updating my review of this place. It started off great and I loved the teachers and the experience for my daughter but towards the end of taking her out I kept having unresolved issues with the camera access I was paying for but always had to call to have the right camera access to the room my daughter was in and most times still didn’t get the access. The BIGGEST ISSUE was the fact I put in a 30 day withdrawal notice but was still charged for the full amount, was given the run around for an ENTIRE week and kept getting ... read more
