If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor’s office. I initially chose Children First Pediatrics because it was close by, and I assumed any medical office would have a basic level of professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The reception staff, nurses and overall office policies did not feel welcoming, and the customer service was consistently poor.
