If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor’s office. I initially chose Children First Pediatrics because it was close by, and I assumed any medical office would have a basic level of professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The reception staff, nurses and overall office policies did not feel welcoming, and the customer service was consistently poor. We have been bringing our kids here for the past 20 years and we could not be happier with our experiences. I had questions for both the front desk and nursing staff at my son’s annual physical today (February ‘26) and they were very helpful and professional with their service. Dr. Rupar has been seeing both of our kids for the past decade or more and you will not find a more caring and knowledgeable pediatrician.
