I’ve been coming here since my girls were born, they’re 14 & 17 now. This place is going downhill. The last few times I’ve been here, or have even called, the front office staff are rude, swear and acts like you’re inconveniencing them. Not sure where Dr Simmons is finding this staff! Other small children are in the waiting room and you can hear them dropping f bombs and talking about how this place sucks big f’ing sweaty balls. Get it together Children's First or we’ll be looking for a new pedi.
