Horrible. Unwelcoming front desk staff. Waiting area dirty with dirty chairs, under and mopped floors. Not enough seating in the waiting area. They badger you about confirming your appointment then make you wait 30 minutes when you arrive without setting expectations on wait time. Today, after this experience, as a pattern, we walked out 15 minutes after check-in and will not be returning. The office has become run down literally and the service too. We are searching for another office.
Love the service very informative and on time
The actual dentist, not the assistants, is extremely aggressive and rough. She does not know how to talk to children. Appointments take over an hour because half the time the staff is talking and doing nothing. Doctor also does not wear her hair back like the rest of staff, which is unhygienic and could cause loose hairs to fall into patients mouths.
