I was very disappointed with my experience here. I liked Sarah Christianson as a provider and had positive interactions with many of the staff, but I personally felt their Billing Specialist jason was rude and condescending. When I spoke with him over the phone, he often seemed dismissive and annoyed to me, which made the experience frustrating.
We showed up for our appointment and had to sit in the parking lot with our 12 hour old daughter and the car seat and wait to be checked in. We waited outside In the car for 15 minutes then when we went inside We waited another 25 minutes.. When Sarah Christiansen entered the room she was talking at full volume with her voice. The room was very small and her voice was extremely loud. I asked her to lower the volume of her voice Told her it was bothering my child. I am happy for those this service worked out for...This service did not work out well for us.. We really didn't need a nurse or office assistant ignoring us and continuing to tell us to try this or that...We told her we had and she ignored us and then got snippy and this was on top of the doctor seeing our daughter days before and not getting better...So, we ended up taking our daughter to the ER and amazingly, she was prescribed antibiotics and she is fine now..I'm disappointed and if your office assistant desired a differe... read more
