Why all these bad reviews? Dr.Vincente” and geraldene is so nice to us!! We have been here for over 2 years
I love it here .I took my children there and now my grandchildren gets seen there
They tell you to call a few weeks ahead for an appointment because they don’t book out far enough. Then when you call like they said, they don’t have availability for months. I was able to get something squeezed in but they never gave me a confirmation call to confirm that it was scheduled and the time. This office is ran off of papers and memory which is not efficient at all. At this point we will switch offices and pay out of pocket cause these Medicaid approved doctors are ran terribly
I like Dr Vincent. He is a great doctor however I had to move to different clinic. Lately they hired spanish speaking staff who were rude with everything she did with my kids and it was like she angry I was Spanish to. Every time,even when I call or come in she will come to me and treat me as ignorant when I have come here for the past 2yrs. The Spanish rude lady send me out where I am still looking for a good doctor as Dr Vincent. They may have thought that it will be a good idea to help other Spanish speaking but remember ... read more
Love dr.licen he does amazing with my kids! And the nurses and staff are always very nice and helpful!
