This place is so great for small children. There's never been a time that we'd have to wait in the lobby for a long period before being called back. Always very quick and prompt. If I call ahead of time, my call is usually answered the 1st time and if it's not and I leave a voicemail they are fairly quick about calling me back. The assistants are absolutely wonderful and the Doctors are amazing. My 7 year old son has ADHD and can be a bit obnoxious and is easily distracted, and they have helped him tremendously by taking car... read more
I arrived at 11:05 for an 11:15 appointment. There was only one other family waiting in the waiting room, and the person at the desk told me I would be called back shortly. At 11:30, neither me nor the other family waiting had been called back, so I asked the receptionist if she knew how long it would be. She told me "Oh, I'd be surprised if you're even called back before noon."
The front desk staff is the only reason why I gave them 1 star because they haven’t been hard to work with, otherwise it would be 0. The doctors there do not care about the kids as they just tell you something to hurry up and get you out of their office. Over the last three years, they have had a steep decline. Highly wouldn’t recommend.
Made us cancel our appointment for insurance reasons a couple hours before we were coming in. Very rude when questioned on their policies and suddenly there's no accountability.
