Dr. Knudson is amazing! Have had nothing but great experiences!
Horrible. Vaccine pushers. Fear mongers. Will report you to DFS over not getting vaccines or denying vaccines or if you have a genuine concern about your child. Will also lie about abuse to get DFS involved. My child has a bone deformity and she reported me to DFS for abuse when all of her record and X-rays and CT scans prove and point to a bone deformity. Saying she has a bone fracture due to trauma when none of her X-rays or scans show ANY signs of a fracture or break.
Had 2 fully vaccinated children who were there since birth, then my husband decided to be a stay at home dad with all 3 kids, so we asked to SLIGHTLY delay vaccinations (by a month or so since she was a little preemie) for the newborn and they told me that none of our children were welcome there anymore.
Office staff needs to get organized and provide the proper information to people up front. We called ahead of time as we were expecting a new baby to establish care. Did the pre application over the phone and was told we were good to go and call back once baby is born. With a new born in the hospital we now have to find a new office because they changed their mind, apparently they took on too many new patients and now can't take more on. Wouldn't be a big deal if this information was provided on our initial call.
Dr. Knudson is fantastic. Anytime Ive had an acute concern I am always able to get my son in the same day. All the staff are kind. Ive never had a problem with any of my experiences there.
