Dr. Knudson, her nurses, and staff are amazing. For every well visit, and whenever we have dealt with other concerns or illnesses they have been helpful and supportive. The after hours call line was helpful during a weekend illness as well. We’re very lucky to have a knowledgeable AND kind doctor, with excellent facilities and staff. Thank you!
Do not recommend. If your family does not submit to the exact way they want to consider themselves doctors then you will not be welcome. Dr. Knudson saw our oldest since birth with no issues even though policies have become increasingly strict over the years. Then we had a second child who we chose to take to another pediatrician. I have been a patient parent at Children 1st Pediatrics for years and am writing this review with profound disappointment and genuine concern for other families in Casper. Dr. Melissa Knudson and the entire practice operate under an extremely rigid, all-or-nothing family policy that places bureaucracy above children’s health, and in our case, it crossed into what I can only describe as patient neglect. Dr. Knudson is amazing! Have had nothing but great experiences!
Horrible. Vaccine pushers. Fear mongers. Will report you to DFS over not getting vaccines or denying vaccines or if you have a genuine concern about your child. Will also lie about abuse to get DFS involved. My child has a bone deformity and she reported me to DFS for abuse when all of her record and X-rays and CT scans prove and point to a bone deformity. Saying she has a bone fracture due to trauma when none of her X-rays or scans show ANY signs of a fracture or break.
