Was wanting to buy a specific vehicle and they had it. Chatted with a sales associate for days, she was at times slow to respond to my inquiries. Found out the amount the dealer wanted to hold the vehicle for me. Requested best price, they advised they would get back to me. Had to prompt again for best price the next day. Bought a used Wrangler in October. Car has been in the shop 4 times at almost $2000 in repairs. If you buy used you better have it checked out.
Drove 3 hours to this location because I heard what great service they provide. Well I was NOT disappointed!! The work they preformed for the price I was charged was exactly why I drove 3 hours. Would do it again without hesitation! The staff was very attentive to my needs and bent over backwards to make sure I was made aware of any updates as needed. Cant say enough good things about these guys. Nice to know theres a company out there that really cares about the customer. THANKS AGAIN !!!!
Up until today, I was impressed with Childre's service department. That is based on oil changes and tire rotations. I was informed at my last service that I need rear brakes and was told it would be $389.00. I found and printed out a coupon on their website for a Nissan Value Advantage Brake Service at $220.00. Subsequently, they, despite their own ad, say that if you get your rotors cut, not replaced. The ad says installation of brake pads and rotors, not rotor cutting.
