Up until today, I was impressed with Childre's service department. That is based on oil changes and tire rotations. I was informed at my last service that I need rear brakes and was told it would be $389.00. I found and printed out a coupon on their website for a Nissan Value Advantage Brake Service at $220.00. Subsequently, they, despite their own ad, say that if you get your rotors cut, not replaced. The ad says installation of brake pads and rotors, not rotor cutting. Hey purchased a vehicle from Daniele at Childre and couldn't be happier. Everything was explained to us before we made the drive and the process was very smooth and fast.
Hard to find a honest car dealer . But this dealer really is easy to work with and doesn’t try to sneak in hidden fees or tell you that you have to have expensive packages . My salesman man Billy Poole was honest and worked with me to get the best price and financing choices . He made it such an easy process that it was almost enjoyable lol And they delivered my Rogue to my house ! I could not ask for a more easier and honest experience. Update as of 03/05/26- As you can see they told me to reach out to have the chance to "turn my experience around" (instead of just reaching out to me directly). Over the past month since they responded to my review I have called 5 times and have not been able to talk to someone. On my last attempt I call Aaron directly and he said he would let Jason Jr know to call me since he was busy when I called.. Jason Jr has yet to call me.
