The new Dentist Dr Weaver, She was amazing. If you are nervous going to the dentist, this is the place for you. They make you feel very comfortable and are very patient. Staff was wonderful and friendly. I am one that will not go to just any dentist after terrifying past experiences. I will definitely go back here. They were all super sweet and nice, very pleased with my service.
The worst cleaning to date. The new hygienist…She didn’t introduce herself until after she started cleaning my teeth. She didn’t floss my teeth. She forgot what she was doing. The cleaning stuff they used, she vacuumed most of it off the brush before applying it. I usually wash my mouth with mouthwash - that didn’t happen. I was pushed out so fast that I didn’t get a chance to wash my mouth at all. They keep changing dentist and staff. It’s going downhill since Dr. Rogers. They have the best staff and I really loved each and ever one of them and my dentist Dr was the best I would recommend them to any one they was on my journey the whole time I love my new teeth they was amazing with me when I needed comfort they comfort me I have never felt welcome at a dentist till I walked in there I am going to miss them all but I will just be stopping in to see them I would never smile cause of my teeth but my Dentist put a big smile on my face
I went in in there plan to get a fitting for a partial. That's not what happen. I was treated like a child when I asked for my records. The office manager grab them out of my hands like a child. Told me she wouldn't give them to me. Which are mine.Then the doctor came out and try to dismiss me like a child. I do have the conversation and the incident on my phone. Has anyone contacted me.
