I rent from these guys and they are solid landlords. They get stuff fixed for me whenever I need and are super flexible with my scheduling. I will likely be renting from them for a long time.

I was interested in a property I had found on Zillow, so I contacted the person listed on that app. They redirected me towards Childers Property Management as the new landlord of that property. I sent in two inquiries about the property through two separate forms of communication and didn’t get a response either time. Furthermore, another property I was interested in switched ownership over to Childers and the property that was once pet-friendly is no longer. Just a frustrating rental search in general.
