Rude secretary. Smarts off and hangs up. Have in person appointment issues due to covid. I am a home bound disabled Veteran and my autistic daughter is on IEP with the school, and goes in person. She is on meds for focus, which the doctor took her off of immediately without warning by not refilling when she was out. No refill unless you make a visit??
