WARNING ! Avoid at all times ! Was new to childers and ride ons Broke front dolly wheel thingy on 76inch Ferris Googled found this place and Ashley ( the apparent owner) Late Nov 2024 He collected it and said he will order the part and replace, pretty straight forward say 2 maybe 3 weeks.. cool....noooo Weeks of beong strung along and phone call and messages and lies and lies and lies later Move forward to Mid March 2025 we can have the mower finally yay !! Our experience with Childers Outdoor Power Centre was unacceptable. We were promised that a Masport ride-on mower would be delivered before Christmas 2024 if we paid immediately - so we did (thankfully on credit card which we incurred extra fees on opposed to direct deposit). The mower was urgently needed, and we relied on their word. What followed was repeated chasing, broken promises and zero accountability. Brought new mower, staff very helpful
Ash and his team were more than welcome to help us after we experienced wheel bearing issues with the caravan, they were more than willing to assist us and get us back on track with our holiday. For a lawn mowing michanical centre they are the best, very friendly and only to happy to help you get back on the road
