This company couldn't identify HVAC if the alphabet was in front of them... They cut 2 ft holes from my basement through the middle of my dining room to my master bedroom through 70 year old floors. Cut a hole through my basement door to feed the disconnect to the heat pump, didn't pull a permit on any of my work.
