He was able to determine my issue within minutes. We discussed all my options and will address this issue after he talks to his supervisor! Very courteous, knowledgeable, kind and professional. He was wonderful! I did decide to have Childers install my new heat pump!!! I am happy so far!

Kaden with Childers Air Plumbing & Electric, was great. He explained the issue with our system and the steps he took to remedy. He also provided options and additional steps we could take to make sure we didn't have this problem again. Overall, I highly recommend Childers Air Plumbing & Electric. They were able to work us in quickly and solve our issues for an affordable price.

Our technician, Caleb S, was very knowledgeable of our hvac and explained the problem in a way that we could understand. His professionalism is above reproach. He ordered the parts needed and replaced them very quickly. We are well pleased with the service received.

Kaden was timely and figured the problem out right away. After we figured out the unit was under warranty he filed the claim. He was professional and quick! I would recommend Childers as we called several places and no one could see us until July! They worked us in as we were only around to get my Mothers house ready to sell. Max the person at the office was so awesome also. We appreciate everything you did for us! Would definitely recommend!
