Dallas arrived on time and was ready to work. He assessed the situation, identified what needed to be done, and got to the task without hesitation. His work was thorough and he cleaned up afterwards. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I paid for a diagnostic report for non working heat pump. Childers refuses to give report that I paid $315 for stating I am not a good fit for their company. I did not ask to be a fit, nor did I ask them to do any of repairs. I asked and paid for a diagnostic report with estimate for repairs (which is what Chad recommended when he visited). Childers refuses to follow through stating my paid invoice is a diagnostic report. It is not. It is an invoice with no details or estimate which is what I was guided to ... read more

I typically don’t write reviews, and even when I do, I usually wait until after several visits before sharing my experience. That said, the plumbers and customer service team at Childers Air Plumbing & Electric have earned this 5-star review. They’ve visited my mom’s home multiple times for both plumbing and gas line repairs, and each experience has been outstanding. Have to say I do like this company have done business with them for over 30 years, they installed my heat and air unit and any time they have been here ive been pleased with the workers very respectful and kind, my doby dog loved Lorenzo and seen that he has a good soul animals know they see through us. I did have sticker shock but also realized it had been over 10 years since they had been to my location. Love the company would recommend them to all.

We hired Childers to install a new heat pump & air handler, as well as to redo our duct work a few years ago. We've had a few issues with the new system, never received the rebate promised from the company, & seemingly didn't do the job properly. However, most recently the technician Thomas came to diagnose & fix the problems. He was TERRIFIC ~ explaining the situation, what he was doing, & why he was doing it. He wasn't the 1st one to come, but did get it fixed & now we're warm!
