My experience with Childers has been overwhelmingly poor. When my boiler stopped producing heat in mid-to-late December 2024, I contacted them as I have used their services before. My phone calls were not returned for several days, and when they did schedule a service call, they canceled it. It was rescheduled, although only because I refused to accept their lengthy waiting time. For $100, I was told they would send an estimator. The technicians where kind and courteous. Done a great job...excellent. They where nice to speak to and would further explain anything i asked with great detail. I have already on my personal facebook boasted the company in same. Yall are very patient and understanding. I will look to have further the company to do jobs in the future.
The teks Richard and Taylor are amazing. Taylor’s hair is the greatest and reminds me of the guy from Fabio and Richard is the most knowledgeable tech I have ever met and the guy really knows his way around everything. He and Taylor went above and beyond and really made an impact on our daily life. This team deserves stock options and a raise great team!!
He was very prompt. He checked our system and found an issue with our gas line and was able to fix it. Gave us some estimates on a few things that will help better with the air and surge protection. I would highly recommend him and would like to have him back for other routine maintenance. Frankie H is the best!!
