Keep your children far away from this center! They turn teachers over so much, the children can barley remember their names. They allow for teachers/directors to put their hands on kids and instead of FIRING them, they get transferred to a different location. They will text you in the morning to advise if you are not in by a certain time, they will turn your child away. My daughter has recently enrolled at CN and we’ve loved it since day one. The director Ms. Amber and her team feel less like daycare and more like Family. My daughter is excited to go to school each day and I love that her teachers push her and recognize her developmental level. We recommend the Matthews Location to All!!
Absolutely looooove this center and it’s all because of the amazing staff and director Mrs. Amber. She ensured that my toddler and baby made a smooth transition from another daycare center. I have a peace of mind here in knowing that my children are well taken care of. The center itself is very clean and up to code. I have nothing but good things to say about this location and would definitely recommend it to others.
If I could leave 0 stars I would .. this place has declined significantly over the past year, no staff and a very high turnover rate barely any children attend anymore. Wouldn’t be surprised if they are shut down within the next few months. Stay away from here
