Would not recommend. The counsellor we had was completely unskilled and arrogant. This person developed a "savior complex" and actively and systematically undermined the family, both immediate and extended. No amount of openness from the parents was accepted, and in fact was actually used against us. Our family has been left decimated by this person, despite many attempts to advocate for our child. Very disappointed in the service from this facility. Instead of having situations of bringing family together, the coucillor at this facility made things worse. The coucillor made sure that this child would have no contact with her family and move out of the home. There was no physical or mental abuse in this home. Because the coucillor had a bad life, she made the child believe that the child was having the same experience. Not true in this home. If you need to talk to a councillor not at this place. Find another place.
