Called 1800 for information on why my emailed papers weren't received. And why after calling to inquire on my status did i receive cancelation letter. Representative was extremely rude and un knowledgeable seemed more interested in forcing me to accept generic answers to my questions rather than researching the issue and finding a solution. Very unprofessional
Nice staff and is very patient I had my fussy 1 year old and to calm her down the older lady asked me if she can give her a bag of cookies i DONT know every one name but they are very nice here
