Absolutely the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced!!! Not one employee there is helpful or caring! I have given them many opportunities to make it right. I will take my daughter elsewhere for services! Very unfortunate because I have nothing bad to say about Cook's Hospital. The Child Study Center clearly isn't up to the same standards!
I have been waiting almost half a year. We put in our application over the summer for our daughter. Every time I call, I get that horrible receptionist. Her attitude is horrific! She doesn’t have a clue on what’s going on. No empathy, when you say “It’s been a long time”. No explanation at all. Reading the reviews stating there is no waiting list has infuriated me. This is ridiculous. They need to hire a better and knowledgeable receptionist. Also, future patients should not wait a year or half a year for response.
My disdain is for the office staff. I have moved out of the area and called to get my child's medical records sent to me. As instructed, I left a VM for them to call me back. I didn't hear anything for awhile (at least 2 weeks), so i decided to call back again and check the status of why I didn't receive a callback. The lady in medical records stated that she had mailed my son's records to our OLD address without even calling me back in the first place! That's the whole point of leaving a message. Incredible people working hard for autism childs
Such an amazing place! We love Mr Duy and Rachel and all of the tutors in Autism Services are making such a difference in my son's life!
My son just completed the 2 week ABA program through BDC. It was a great experience. We saw lots of changes . His problematic behavior decreased dramatically and we begin to see him do skills that we have not seen for awhile. The RBTs were great. Very personal and quick to give you answers to questions. Kristina was excellent. She trained me and when she didn't know the answers she went to Melinda. Melinda was excellent. Very hands on.
