This place is HORRIBLE! I have requested a medical release several days ago days of calls and emails now today I get told they have 6 weeks to release my daughter’s medical records. We have simply moved and have already had to cancel the new doctors appointments. Really 6 weeks?

I rotated here for 2 weeks with Dr Davis for my pediatric rotation. Dr Davis is amazing to work with. He’s knowledgeable, kind, caring, and always has the patient’s best interest in mind. He tries his best to take time being informative and answering all the parents’ questions and addressing their concerns while remaining on schedule and minimizing waiting times.

We’ve used this facility for 3 years and they lost all of my sons medical records. They do not have anything due to switching EMRs. Do not go here

We began taking our daughter to Dr. Davis as a newborn. Everything was fine until we wanted to schedule a sick visit. Trouble getting appointments or info from them, we have to resort to urgent care centers. At her next scheduled appointment I brought these concerns up to Dr. Davis and he shared some alternative contact info for me to reach out to him directly. Any time we make an appointment they make us wait for at least an hour. Lack of respect for people’s time.
