I had a hysterectomy with Dr. Valitas in September and I was nervous, but everything went so well. I feel great and I am so glad i was referred to her. I was concerned about scars on my abdominals, and you can't even tell I had surgery really. She's a great doctor her office team is also very kind and helpful I bothered Crystal a lot during my process. She was awesome.
If I could give a zero rating, I would!!! My son and I went in with a huge abdominal hernia causing him tremendous pain. They left him sitting there for over 6 1/2 hours. he finally called me and said he had to come home, they wouldn't even let him lay down on a gurney to wait for a Dr. By the time I got back to the hospital, they had gone into a lockdown and booted the people out of the E.D. My son been a patient at Child Life Center since he was born in 2003. Dr. Roome has been his physician until he left. My son went for a wellness visit in 2021. The receptionist refuse to give the doctor his Disability Identification form unless he sees the doctor. They have no appointment until next year. My son has been label with Autism since he was two. They must be really hard up for my $20 copayment and the money from the insurance company.
Excellent hospital and top care from Dr Adam Bodzin. I would highly recommend UCM..5 stars all the way.we drove in from the western suburbs. It was so worth the time.
