I am honestly shocked at the ineptitude of this place. I have never once had someone actually answer the phone when I called. When messages were left, it took weeks to get back to me (if at all). The counselor we saw truly did not seem to know what they were doing. They did not remember previous conversations week to week and confused when we asked for follow up as if the initial conversation never took place. My Counselor was very attentive he has helped me with my mental health alot, I would highly recommend child guidance to families.
This office is amazing. The staff is professional and I would highly recommend
The staff was not very professional. The counselor was not very attentive when we expressed a concern about a situation. I would not recommend this place. It seems they are about quantity of care rather than quality of care.
