This provider particularly Dr Katen is probably the best Psychologist a child could see in the valley and she came highly recommended to me by other parents who have patients at the clinic with her. Dr Katen knows her stuff and she makes very good use of her time. It is not her fault that there are not more Psychologists like her and that she has a packed schedule. Wonderful psychologist who I have had the pleasure to know, work, collaborate with, and learn from for 20 years. She truly cares about people & many families have had rave verbal reviews about her in regard to the progress they have made as a result in my professional experience. DO NOT waste your time. I reached out to inquire about services for my child. Because they did not answer, I left a message. They were not quick to respond and when they finally called me back, they stated they aren’t taking new patients nor do they know when they can take new patients. Essentially this practice is in no way wanting to help new patients as they simply give no room in their schedules for new patients.
