I wouldn't recommend this place. They took medicine away from me that lead to other addictions. On top of that I was with them for darn near 10 years and they threw me to the wolves just because I missed an appointment here and there after darn near 10 years.

Highly dissatisfied with this place. My daughters therapist was switched without my consent which resulted in her behavior plummeting at home and school. All of her grades dropped from solid A’s and B’s to barely C’s. When I tried to remove her from the office to find another place I’m threatened with DCF being called for “concerns”. Yet my child has a safe home, plenty of food, clean clothes and every need for health and safety cared for. Bree is her counselor name and she is absolutely horrible. There is only one clinician for the entire building. Usually there are 4-5 floor staff that sit on their phones talking to other staff behind the desk. Whenever I had expressed that at almost 9:30pm I still was not able to meet with the clinician and had asked the staff behind the desk if I could talk with one of them (they were just on their phones and talking about their personal lives) I was told by a staff member “ I don’t know what to tell ya, either wait it out (meaning wait for the clinician) or leave it is a voluntar... read more

I'm posting this review not to share my opinion but in hope somebody will read it that is seeking the same help I needed when I felt hopeless. I had no idea what to expect or what kind of place I was going to but as soon as I was admitted the facility had a sense of comfort immediately and the staff made me feel welcome. I was only supposed to stay for 5 days as that's the normal time frame for patients but I ended up staying a month by the grace of Ashley the facility manager.
