There is only one clinician for the entire building. Usually there are 4-5 floor staff that sit on their phones talking to other staff behind the desk. Whenever I had expressed that at almost 9:30pm I still was not able to meet with the clinician and had asked the staff behind the desk if I could talk with one of them (they were just on their phones and talking about their personal lives) I was told by a staff member “ I don’t know what to tell ya, either wait it out (meaning wait for the clinician) or leave it is a voluntar... read more

I'm posting this review not to share my opinion but in hope somebody will read it that is seeking the same help I needed when I felt hopeless. I had no idea what to expect or what kind of place I was going to but as soon as I was admitted the facility had a sense of comfort immediately and the staff made me feel welcome. I was only supposed to stay for 5 days as that's the normal time frame for patients but I ended up staying a month by the grace of Ashley the facility manager. I'll start with the good. Child and Family did an urgent psychopharmacology appt for me which went very well back in the spring of 2025. They did a cross taper when another provider abandoned me. Very helpful. Now the bad. I was discriminated against in thier crisis stabilization unit in Sept 2025 because of my circadian rhythm disorder that causes me not to be able to wake up in the early mornings without severe negative consequenses.
