i would rate this place -10 if i could. I’ve already been trying to contact them for quite some time and I had gone up to the office to try and speak with someone instead. I have called this facility multiple times since the beginning of July and no one returned messages. I sent an online request to set up a new patient evaluation and received one returned email from Dr. David Coleman stating I need to email Dr. Geoffrey Putt because he is the one who does screening. After emailing Dr. Putt three times I have no choice but to pursue another office. It's frustrating because we only have a couple of in-network providers and the other locations have a 6 month wait list.

Glad I ignored the poor reviews for this place. My therapist is the best I've ever had and communication is easy. I made my first appointment request during the worst mental breakdown of my life and I'm doing so much better 6 months later that I am able to hold a fulltime job again. For my first appointment, I brought along my partner who sat in the waiting room while I was in session. I was referred to this facility by the folks at Akron General. I have called this facility three times and sent two forms to this facility. No one has gotten back with me.

Called requesting an appointment for my 8 year old daughter who has been suffering emotionally thru the pandemic. No one answers the phone. So I left a message. It has been two weeks and no one has retuned my call. After a week I sent an email thru the website. Still no response. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed. I have a hard time believing not one therapist in the group couldn’t at least return my email. I realize that many people are in need during this time but seriously??????
