This place sucks Providers never last here either Also no one can ever get ahold of medical records. You get sent straight to voicemail then they don't call u back literally its annoying
I’ve been bringing my son here since January, and unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. We consistently spend more time in the waiting room than in the actual appointment. I was never informed that this was a virtual-only setup, and the sessions feel more like quick medication check-ins rather than actual therapy. There’s been no guidance or tools offered to help me support my child in managing his ADHD. It’s also extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone. Won't give refills, Poor service, allows other patients to disrupt you. Ultimately causing problems for me outside of clinic.
