Do not recommend. Horrible communication. No one knows anything. We would be told our appointment is online to find out after the appointment time has passed that it was supposed to be in office. Constant new staff at the Greenville location. Can never get ahold of anyone directly with the Greenville location. You can call the main number and they have no idea what’s going on and just transfer you to the Greenville office to leave a voicemail. This place is a life saver!!! Keyona was super friendly and was awesome with my son. Everyone else was great too!
I have tried several places for my child but none have compared to the kind and compassionate staff here. Tena has been so wonderful with my child. I highly recommend this office and staff. They make you and your child feel like you are their number one priority.
The staff is very suportive.. I feel they truly care about my mental health. The office on the other hand is substandard. They share a bathroom with another office. The bathroom is the back wall of the reception. HIPPA violations are varry possible. Some if the online meetings are held in the office, so anybody walking the office can hear everything. Chris LPN
Terri is new to the office but gave us excellent assistance when we were having difficulties getting an appointment scheduled. She went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met.
