I love one of their therapists (Jordan, she’s amazing) but billing and administration along with billing SUCKS. I don’t recommend this place simply due to how terrible the experience is with everyone BUT the therapist. Therapist are their only saving grace.

Caroline is hands down the kindest individual ever, she went out of her way to ensure that my family had the right resources for our specific situation to ensure my kiddo was evaluated properly. I can’t say enough great things about this practice.

I love the therapists at this practice. However, administration is horrible. It’s impossible to get someone on the phone which makes it impossible to cancel or reschedule an appointment (and I’ve gotten billed for no shows where I’ve left a message many days in advance cancelling or trying to reschedule), their electronic systems are not functional, and billing is a nightmare. Unfortunately we have made a decision to leave the practice solely because of the administration.

Child & Family Development’s Pain Management Program helped reduce my daughter’s headaches. Jessica Turchin was instrumental—she listened to our concerns, created a clear plan, and connected us with other doctors who were crucial to her recovery. Without this support, we would still be facing an uphill battle.
