Child and Family Development has been far from the worst places to receive PT. My son has cerebral palsy and by far, this department has been awful towards my son and reaching their goals. The pediatric recommended this place for my son, and we have been here for 6 + years, and the experience has been awful. 1st, the office was rude to us several weeks ago, now they have been working on it. 2nd, the PT therapists, they are awful at serving patients and parents, the OT therapists are all professional, my son has Amonte and sh... read more
My son's providers, Amontae (OT) and Bailey (PT) have helped my son make so much progress since he's started with them and they make his sessions fun so he enjoys going. They also give me good recaps after every appointment and are very responsive to emails.
I love one of their therapists (Jordan, she’s amazing) but billing and administration along with billing SUCKS. I don’t recommend this place simply due to how terrible the experience is with everyone BUT the therapist. Therapist are their only saving grace.
If I could give 0 stars I would.
Caroline is hands down the kindest individual ever, she went out of her way to ensure that my family had the right resources for our specific situation to ensure my kiddo was evaluated properly. I can’t say enough great things about this practice.
