I would give negative 5 stars if that option existed. The agency wrongfully terminated me without following its own policy. They kept moving the goalposts, and it’s a game you can never win.
This place is honestly horrible. They never returned our call despite passing the 72-hour window.
The pros: The office space is nice, the clientele and the community are motivated for treatment and great to work with, most of your colleagues on the direct service side are great to work with, and there are opportunities to move up the company ladder if you like. The cons: It all starts and ends with the president. If you agree with everything she says and you keep your mouth shut you will be fine.
