The reception staff are lovely, although they don’t really know what is going on when you ask for information or call to find something out. The paediatricians are rude, don’t listen to your concerns I saw 2 different peads because the first one didn’t listen to me and was late to the appointment, even got names and information wrong that I’d told him. Honestly saddens me that they don't care about there jobs or the children there ment to be helping. Seen a new woman and she was horriblem shut down everything we tried to say and then just turned us away.
Staff friendly. Though not enough space for WAVs, toys aren’t clean and nothing is suitable For children with disabilities. Given the nature of the premises I find it so saddening that this department isn’t inclusive and fully accessible.
My son was referred by the doctor and I was on a waiting list. I had a call from my doctor to tell me that we have been taken off the waiting list 3 months previously. No one bothered to let us know! Luckily we paid for a private assessment and he’s been diagnosed! Completely let down by this service. You turned my son away without even seeing him. How many other children are you letting down?
