My son was diagnosed on this place at the age of 2 and I have been bringing him since for evaluation.I wished I had noticed and read reviews before entering this place who handles patience with so much disrespect and no care.My son is now 7 and it has only got worse with this office.They bounce you around with practitioners and you don’t even realize everyone is new all the time.I was never asked to bring in my sons IEP since he was in kindergarden(they suppose to review you and guide you and help you).For a mom who knew not... read more
First, I like this office. The staff and doctors are very helpful. Including the social worker and PhDs in the department. People are so quick to complain and give bad reviews because they don’t get what they want (parents). I’ve seen and heard parents in the office going cray, cray for things that don’t make sense. All parents want to hear is YES, YES and YES. PARENTS - don’t disrespect the staff. Also, remember there are not a lot of providers in this field. So be thankful! We waited nearly 2 years for an evaluation and in that time were given quite the runaround with sudden cancellations on their part, rescheduling, etc. Once we finally saw the doctor (Dr. Clemente), she was dismissive of my concerns, did not respect my values or insights as a parent, and was aggressive and coercive in recommending medications after I expressed concern over potential side effects. If you're looking for a holistic and individualized approach, look elsewhere.
