My husband and I were very unimpressed with this clinic! We felt the need to find a new pediatrician for our newborn after just a couple visits here. He definitely seems to care more about the quantity of patients he can get through his clinic than the quality of care he can provide to his patients and their parents. He only spent about 5 minutes with us, and brushed off our concerns and questions. His reaction made us more stressed instead of being reassured. I have taken my children to Child Care Pediatrics for years and would recommend them to anyone. When I was pregnant with my son I made sure to ask if he was accepting new patients. Dr. Bhargav Trivedi has always handled my children with patience and I trust his medical knowledge and expertise, which is why he will continue to be my son's pediatrician until he ages out like my daughter's have done. While the staff is usually quite pleasant, the doctor lacks a decent bedside manner. Many times I have taken my children in to be seen and he’s dismissed their symptoms and not wanted to do necessary labs or test to diagnose the issues. This has required me to take my children into urgent cares and emergency rooms for proper diagnosis and treatment. He treats parents as if their stupid and belittles them. We have had a great experience every time we have gone in Dr. Trivedi's office. 9 times out of 10 we can get a same day apt and the staff if always more than willing to work with us on changing/rescheduling apts. Low wait times and efficient diagnosis are a HUGE comfort as well with our busy schedules.
