I have used the medical services for my employees dozens of times. Despite seeming to be affordable and convenient, the majority of the time the links do not work, there is no immediate way to contact anyone for support, and when DO you reach out, you are just told to reschedule (and pay another $50). At this point it is worth the time and little bit more money to go to urgent care or doctor. From a Director in Maryland - NOT worth the effort.
