Completely turned off and we didn't even get to the scheduled appointment. People answering the phones are the front lines of the Dr.'s office and need to be kind, patient, helpful and caring! As a parent I needed assistance for our minor child and to see a Dr. The person answering the phone was rude, impatient and unwilling to explain the process and got annoyed with my general questions, certain time frames with appointments that didn't work for our schedule, etc. My advice to this office is work with your employees answer... read more

Very unprofessional. My adolescent son saw a therapist here for 6 months, but we couldn't schedule a regular weekly or biweekly therapy session because they would double schedule multiple clients at the same time and have to cancel some. We repeatedly left voicemail messages with the therapist with questions and concerns and never got a return call. Even when my son was hospitalized, we couldn't get a return phone call from the therapist and the therapist refused to connect with the psychiatrist at the hospital. Very frustra... read more
