I love the Child & Family Guidance Center. I bring my child here every week. She is thriving !It was well organized from day 1 during the intake meeting and my child loves her therapist. She’s really come a long way since the summer. My only complaint is there really needs to be some more diversity in their administration. I contacted this facility because I was referred by my child's school. I called in January and I received a call back on Feb 1, 2023. They sent an email same day so I can attached all the necessary documents. It was done. Since then no one has contacted me via telephone nor email. This is very disappointing! If this is their process, I can't imagine the type counseling, etc... when it comes to emergency situations. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY.
