Disappointing especially when they sell that they could get siblings in but are not addressing concerns that they siblings are dealing with but pushing something on the child when they haven’t been evaluated it wasted almost 2 1/2 months when I could have gotten him in other agencies There’s no urgency and when I did have a referral for the child they still couldn’t get him in services so if they try to sell you the siblings short cut don’t do it’s doesn’t address any concerns that the child’s needs but places you in what th... read more
Very unprofessional. Scheduled me on the wrong day, kept pushing for a reschedule date asap mind you im employed i work during your business hours and you wanted me to go for 2 hours. I adv I would cb but because I didn't answer after yall calling 2x or more a day you "have to terminate services" for my child. You suck. Sincerely an annoyed and already stressed out mom.
The most confused and unprofessional place to go too. One of the lead specialist named Gemma De La Rosa is one confused incoherent individual. No customer service skills whatsoever. Also, could not answer basic questions. They give you the run around and indirect answers to your questions. I highly recommend not coming here. Don't waste your time here. And please save yourself the hassle and don't waste your time talking to Gemma lol
Amazing place Dr. McGuirre is amazing and so is Jessica de Silva. Everyone is friendly and helpful!
