Dr Chapman demonstrates great care and diligence with the process of adjusting my bite while being careful with moving teeth at a safe pace. Each assistant I’ve met have been very knowledgeable and offers additional education and encouragement. The reception staff is great too. You get a live person on the phone quick to assist with a reschedule or urgent appt. and you get a warm welcome upon arrival at both offices I attend- Madison and Clinton.
The entire experience, from Doctor Burzin to his tech staff and admin. team, was flawlessly professional. I highly recommend them to anyone.
