We’ve been going here since I was a teenager and now I take my own kids. Love Dr Islam. So kind
I’ve been bringing my daughter here for 7 years. Today she had a visit and I couldn’t remember what the ear drops were called that she was using.. he told me to call back when I get home and let him know. The front desk lady was really rude. I’m literally telling her what the ear drops are called and spelling it out for her (which I don’t mind). She proceeded to tell me that I need to hurry bc she has other calls coming in and is busy…. I am reporting the issue of a specific staff member, other than them when I visit I am satisfied. This member has thick glasses and works at the front desk, they are very rude and unenthusiastic. They really need a performance improvement plan, because this person has zero respect for customers.
I was recommended this provider after delivering my daughter at Medical City Center, I had in fact chosen another provider and at discharge staff insisted I chose Dr. Islam. With this recommendation in mind I expected a high quality of care. Upon walking in you are not greeted but ignored, if you stand politely at the service window/front desk you are continually ignored by a staff member who can clearly see you but continues to look at a computer screen with zero acknowledgement of having walked through the front door.
