I’m not a fan, but my daughter is getting use to the therapist, I agree they look for problems , I definitely don’t like that! I feel like they judge families and their dynamics!
My daughter's therapist looks for extra problems, breaks HIPPA and they don't care about people's mental health only here to make money off your kids issues, by far made my kid worse, and they threatened me with CPS if I went somewhere else, am suing these people
My experience here has been nothing but positive for my son. From the front desk staff to the therapists, everyone has been amazing and has truly helped my son over the past few months.
I’ve had nothing but problems with my daughter and going to this facility. Her therapist left and I was never notified so I had to start the process all over, and she’s been wait listed for 5 months with medical. She’s been out of her meds for months and they won’t refill til we do another intake appointment and all they can say is ask her ped. I’m giving 2 stars because they do have some great staff & Doctors/NP’s. However the nurse was extremely rude to me when I asked to lower my daughter’s dose and blamed everything except the medicine. When the NP had already told me if it was too much to call. She said my daughter probably stays up all night, hates school, and tried to say she was faking her symptoms. So we switched places and now my daughter is doing so much better on a different medicine. I loved most of the staff but the nurse alone made me leave. When you... read more
