i use to like them until someone lied there and then they get mad when i don’t want to see a certain dr im was not comfortable with my children seeing wilamitus and they wasn’t neither this place is judgmental
So grateful for Dr. Hatfield for NEVER making me second guess myself and always going above and beyond. Also great front desk staff!
Go there for services and they will not listen then laugh at you when your child is in immediate pain. They will do nothing for your child but send you a bill. Avoid this place at all cost and find real medical practitioners.
I can’t recommend Shannon Jacobs enough! Several doctors , hospitals & urgent cares gave us the run around on a diagnosis for my daughter without thorough testing. Dr Jacobs on the other hand, is doing everything in her power & every form of testing available to find the underlying cause! She was out light at the end of the tunnel.
We left the practice because it was just too far of a drive for us and I just took the kids to my family doctor. Well they were seen once and I was not a fan so I called to see if we could come back and was told once you leave you cannot switch back which I think is kind of crazy since we had been patients over 10 years and had only been gone a few months.
