Go there for services and they will not listen then laugh at you when your child is in immediate pain. They will do nothing for your child but send you a bill. Avoid this place at all cost and find real medical practitioners.
I can’t recommend Shannon Jacobs enough! Several doctors , hospitals & urgent cares gave us the run around on a diagnosis for my daughter without thorough testing. Dr Jacobs on the other hand, is doing everything in her power & every form of testing available to find the underlying cause! She was out light at the end of the tunnel.
We left the practice because it was just too far of a drive for us and I just took the kids to my family doctor. Well they were seen once and I was not a fan so I called to see if we could come back and was told once you leave you cannot switch back which I think is kind of crazy since we had been patients over 10 years and had only been gone a few months.
We love the doctors and nurses. They are very thorough and professional. They always put my mind at ease when it comes to my daughter. We love Child and adolescent specialty care.
As a new mother, finding a pediatrician we liked was important to my husband and I. Our first few visits were fine and the doctor we met with seemed thorough. I referred my family members to use the same office. We were looking forward to meeting some of the other providers. For our last visit, I called to notify the receptionist that we were on our way and got stuck in traffic but assured her we would be there before the appointment time.
