The workers at camhs have not a single clue what they are on about, they don’t know how to do their job, they couldn’t diagnose you even if the signs hit them in the face and the amount of time you have to wait just for them to say a load of rubbish is absolutely ridiculous, in my experience, I waited years to be seen and they did absolutely nothing, the person I spoke with said nothing was wrong within 15 minutes of speaking to me, you need to train your staff better because this is ridiculous and young people deserve help ... read more
They don’t answer the phone, can’t seem to get hold of anyone as no contact works , dreadful place
did not help everything was over the phone and they lied and discharged me back to gp. Her name was Alison or something. Now I’ve been referred to a different service because clearly I shouldn’t of been discharged.
Told my mum it would be her fault if I killed myself. Caroline I hope you read this. Absolutely useless and if anything made my situation 10 times worse. Only cares for themselves and gives the worst advice. Won’t give me my records when I’ve requested them (even though it’s well within my legal right). Don’t care for genders of sexualities and said I was lying about my SA and SH.
